With a background as a capital goods analyst at investment banks in London and Stockholm, Johan's heart beats a little faster when he sees big industrial machinery or he drives premium vehicles. When family logistics allow, Johan is partial to the odd glass of champagne, and he always likes to recall quotes from The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy . He holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management and an MSc in Mathematics from Stockholm's KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Outside work, his primary passions are sports and travel. When he is not busy watching an ice hockey game or exploring a new city, he enjoys a good Trivial Pursuit or Bezzerwizzer challenge. When she is not busy experimenting with new flavour infusions using her siphon, she is probably making Borsjtj with her Indian kitchen aid for a Russian-themed dinner party.
